I AM

I understand now when friends tell me it is difficult to talk about oneself as this has taken me a great deal of time to write. When people ask who we are we often attribute this to our careers and the perception of us in the world. I want to start by saying I am a spiritual being and not simply doing. I am love and light as are you.  I am a caring and compassionate being. My love for others is very deep and my empathy the same. In an ever changing world the greatest power we have is to kind to others. I realize that is not something we all share but my goal is to bring joy. Think about the last time you entered a room smiling genuinely at another person. This action alone nourishes the soul. 

From the time I was a young girl I was given the gift of talking to my angels and guides who led my path. I come from a lineage of strong women who were healers. While I was not fortunate to have lived with them as they lived in Italy, I learned their stories through family. Visiting Italy for the past two summers, their presence and energy was still very much alive. 

Growing up I loved to talk, to share, to know, and to understand. In time through my evolution I learned to stop and listen and boy what a gift listening is! It is the best we can do for each other. Over time I took a step forward in my relationship with the Divine and found myself wanting to help others in every meaningful capacity possible. I wanted to give faith where trust may have died. I wanted to give my shoulder for those grieving. I wanted to be present reminding others that only love is real. When love is not present the ego reigns and the ego only keeps us in fear. Fear is not real. Nothing but love matters.  

Throughout my life people have come and gone as with every season there is change. I have spent most of my time sitting with people unbeknownst to me offering spiritual care.  Spiritual care is a holistic way of working through not only physical concerns but also emotional, existential, and spiritual needs. By focusing on meaning, purpose, and connection, spiritual care brings vital support during periods of illness, trauma, or grief.

I have sat with people of all faiths, as well as those without any religious affiliation. Through a moral compass of practices and services, including counseling, prayer, mindfulness, and religious rituals I have dedicated my life to helping individuals navigate significant life changes and challenges, fostering resilience and personal growth.
